"Sparky2" September 7th 2003 - January 24th 2006 goldfish Sparky2 was a very cute fish!He was gold with a silver tummy!He wasn't just a goldfish, he was different from the others. He was always happy playing with goldie locks, my other fish. He used to swim in and out of the boat in their fishtank it was soo cute! I don't really have a major memory of sparky2 that I can think of. I remember the day I got Sparky2 and Goldielocks. I was so happy. I had had a fish before called sparky but sparky died years ago now. Soon after i bought sparky2 and goldielocks. This morning when i found out he was dead, I was shocked. He was alive lastnight. I cried. Yesterday, I didn't know this but there were signs that he was going to die. Ironic in a way. Yesterday I was thinking in my head, "Will I cry when any of my fish die?" I also told my mum that day that i was going to clean her out tomorrow. I then found a website with a page called "pet angels" which is where I am now. The funny thing is, is that I did cry, I did clean my fish tank out this morning and at this present moment in time, I am on this website typing about my pet who had passed away this morning. Well I think that's all I have left to say except the fact that sparky2 will be missed by me and goldielocks and that sparky2 is now in safe hands. ~ Emma Jane Warren Added on 01/24/06 |

"Beloved Viper" 1999 - October 3rd, 2005 Californian Desert King Snake I made a friend 6 years ago and named him Viper. I'd lost my cat, Whiskers, and my dog, Lovey, at the time and so my parents bought me my dream pet. I loved him so much, and held him, and played with him almost everyday. But a few years, passed, the lid rusted on tighter, homework took me longer, sleepiness taking me faster. I no longer treated my beloved as a friend, but merely means of decor in my Egyptian/Animal Print-themed room. Before I knew it, Viper grew cold, and no longer wanted to come out of his aquarium. And just like that... My forgotten friend was whisped out of this world. I didn't realize how much love you can bestow in a pet so small, but I could hardly bare the loss. I made a memorial, and still keep it in my room, where Viper once sat, waiting for his prey, so that I will never let myself forget him again. ~Kiara Added on 11/06/05 |

I'm sorry that we didn't have a proper place to keep you and that you had to get eaten by the wild fox. :( I wish that whoever dropped you off would of never have because then you would still be in the world but now it's empty without you.  "Kate" Kate I believe is a gift from God. She is the most loving animal I have ever been around, and we have a special relationship. Whenever I think of her, i can always remember what real love is. During the time I had her, I didnt have very good friends, and i was lonely alot. But Kate was always there to be with me and she showed me she loved me, often by giving me kisses. She is the perfect example of unconditional love. And i love her like she is my child. I have learned alot through her. I believe we can learn alot through pets if we choose to. They are sincere and beautiful souls. I have written many poems about Kate, and I still continue to write about her- We are both eternal. And whenever i want to tell her that I love her, i just pray to god to pass the message on. here are some poems about Kate: Amazing Spirit In your ways, you have left people speechless, they have been reminded that the world is lacking something precious, that you have shown. the beauty in your eyes shines so deep into your soul, that they must see the love and innocence that you bare. Our love is a union, because that is what we have shared. The place that you have gone to, I know it isn’t just a dream or story, but heaven is real to the touch, I just can’t see it now. Your life has been intricately made and shaped, And that creation is enwove with mine. Kate You brought me so much joy, A joy that is so different from anything else, Something I want to hang on to, I raised you like you were my child, I wanted to take you on adventures, And see your pretty eyes light up with curiosity, I wanted to show everyone what a kind soul you are, And how unconditional love is, When I used to feel like no one cared about me, You would show me that you love me, You always make me feel better when I am sad. "Puffer" & "Moo"2003 - 2003 In my home all animals are loved no matter what kind they are. I feel that all lives are important. We lost these two to bad city water. We stayed up late doing everything we could to save them but to no avail. These 2 were the most curious fish I've ever known. They would carefully  inspect everything in their tank and even the stuff they could see out side of their tank. Whenever someone would walk by their tank they would follow. We spent many hours entertaining them by walking from one side of the tank to the other. It was as if we were taking a dog for a walk. They will be missed. ~Barbara Smith Added 10/18/03 |
